Exploring Multidisciplinary Engineering in France at ECAM LaSalle

Dev Desai, a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering student at the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS)​​​​​​, participated in a semester exchange programme at ECAM LaSalle in Lyon, France.

During his semester, he took advanced engineering courses such as Vibrations and Hydraulics, where the rigorous academic environment and hands-on lab sessions enabled him to gain practical skills and deepen his technical knowledge.

Beyond the classroom, Dev was captivated by French culture, exploring historical landmarks, and learning about local traditions, making his visit to France an unforgettable experience.

Dev appreciates continued support from the Office of International Affairs at Ahmedabad University for facilitating this opportunity and ensuring a seamless transition throughout the exchange. Dev is also thankful to the faculty and staff at ECAM LaSalle for their guidance and for creating a collaborative learning environment.
