Consul General Sere Charlet is a decorated and senior diplomat at the French Mission in India. Mr Sere Charlet, an alumnus of "Ecole Nationale d'administration" (ENA), boasts over 20 years of experience in the diplomatic and cultural domains. Before his current role in Mumbai, he served as the Deputy Director at the United Nations Department of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he significantly contributed to shaping the French stance in the UN Security Council.
