The integrated BA + MMS (Bachelor of Arts + Master of Management Studies in Heritage Management) programme offers students an innovative pathway to combine liberal arts education with professional training in heritage management over five years. This integration is particularly valuable as it allows students to develop both deep disciplinary knowledge through their BA major and specialised professional skills through the heritage management component and the business core courses. The programme's structure strategically combines theoretical understanding with practical applications, incorporating elements like heritage field immersion, practicum, and a capstone project. The curriculum balances general education requirements with professional training, while the business core courses ensure students develop essential management competencies alongside their heritage expertise. Bridge courses provide a unique integration between the two degrees. This integrated approach not only saves one year of study time but also creates a more cohesive learning experience where undergraduate liberal arts perspectives can directly inform and enhance professional heritage management practice.

Free Electives provide flexibility to students to customise their education at the University.
All students will complete 30 hours of engagement with society to develop a sense of engagement, concern, build problem solving skills, and understand the role of an engaged member of a society. This will be done through a mandatory course, Engagement with Society, that would be a graduation requirement. This course can be taken anytime during the stay at the University but it is advised that the student engage with the courses during the first two years at the University. The 30 hours of volunteer work may be completed during one semester or during the Winter or Summer Break.
