Tuition and Financial Aid

In addition to tuition fees, each student is advised to earmark approximately Rs. 10,000 per year in study materials such as textbooks, case studies, supplementary readings, simulations and more.

  • The Fees will be payable in two half yearly installments at the beginning of the semester.
  • "#" containning serial numbers from 7 to 11 suggest fees decided by Fee Regulatory Committee.
  • The fees for the students who take admission in 2018-19, is subject to revision based on inflation and other relevant factors.

Caution Money Deposits

Caution money deposit is non-interest bearing & refundable either on cancellation of admission or graduation whichever is earlier. It is payable fully while securing admission along with first semester fees.

Financial Aid

Finances should not stand in the way of an excellent education. Ahmedabad University provides financial support to students on the basis of merit as well as need.

All students receive forms for Financial Aid and Merit Scholarship Scheme on their official email addresses upon admission to the university. Both partial or full tuition fee waivers are available to eligible candidates. Students may also apply for educational loans from our partner banks.

To avail this support, students must submit all aid applications with supporting documents to their respective schools in advance of their declared deadlines. The Financial Aid committee will then review all applications and make final recommendations.

Merit Scholarship

Ahmedabad University has instituted a Merit Scholarship Scheme to encourage bright students. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of scores in qualifying examinations. Special consideration is given to candidates who display consistent keenness to learn and desire to excel in academics. From the second year of study, merit scholarships are awarded based on a candidate’s academic performance in the preceding year.

Students are also encouraged to apply for non-affiliated scholarship opportunities where eligible.
