The Alumni Series | Third Conversation
“Research is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought” - Albert Szent-Gyorgyi
Whether we realise it or not, the discipline of Biology has been instrumental in helping us dissect the world around us. From visualising the structures of cells and their functioning to reimagining the future with genetic modifications, Biology has been the face of evolution. It has also been a key to understand the advancement of the human race.
We bring to you an opportunity to peek behind the curtains into the lives of the people who are enthusiastic about research. This is a chance to connect with our alumni who are associated with biological explorations and to make connections between what we learn in the classroom and what we see in our everyday life.
Our Speakers for the Series, Homica Arya and Rutvi Shah, are expediting the domains of genetic science and cancer (biomedical) research, respectively. They will talk about their journeys of stepping into the world of research in the upcoming conversation with Professor Noopur Thakur.
Do join us to witness their journey from the classroom to beyond.
