Water and Governance: Some Case Studies from Kutch, Gujarat

The session, conducted as part of the Foundation Programme studio themed on water, offered governance-related insights into water management. It highlighted a successful community-driven water conservation effort in a drought-prone region of Kutch. This intervention significantly aided the community’s struggle for water during a severe drought, offering much-needed relief and improving their daily access to water in a region with an extreme rainfall deficit.
