National Women’s Day offers a powerful moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the multifaceted roles women play, not only as professionals and leaders, but also as anchors of families and contributors to society at large. Across sectors and generations, women continue to lead with resilience, empathy, and quiet determination, often navigating multiple roles simultaneously.
The LeadHERship Circle is envisioned as a curated, reflective, and inspiring evening that brings together women leaders from diverse domains to share their journeys, challenges, and insights. The event seeks to move beyond conventional leadership narratives and instead highlight lived experiences, decision-making journeys, and the invisible labour that shapes organisations, communities, and homes.
