In the last leg of Foundation Day celebration, Ahmedabad University and SPICMACAY had jointly organized Surmayi. The event was one of its kind all-night Indian musical ensemble which was held at the Ahmedabad University Auditorium and continued nonstop till next morning. The artists of the likes Shri Madan Gopal Singh, Pandit Rupak Kulkarni, Smt. Sunanda Sharma and others gave their performances throughout the night and mesmerized the audience with their craft. Throughout the event, the audience was seen cheering the artists.
