Sports Selection Trials 2023-2024
Sports Selection Trials is a great opportunity for the students to showcase their skills and possibly secure a place on our university's sports team.
We welcome individuals of all skill levels to try out for various sports, including basketball, football, kabaddi, tennis, and more. Whether you are an experienced athlete or just passionate about a particular sport, we encourage you to come and give it your best shot.
Register for the trial using the link by August 10, 2023, this will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for the event and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
You are allowed to give trials for 1 game/sports so choose wisely.
The trials will be held on August 12, 13 & 19, 2023, as per the below schedule: -
Saturday, August 12, 2023
- Cricket- HL Cricket Ground (9:00 AM)
- Kabbadi- University Sports Complex (9:00 AM)
Sunday, August 13, 2023
- Football- University Sports Complex (9:00 AM)
- Tennis- University Sports Complex (9:00 AM)
- Basketball- University Sports Complex (9:00 AM)
Saturday, August 19, 2023
- Chess- MPH, University Centre (3:00 PM)
- Table Tennis- MPH, University Centre (3:00 PM)
- Badminton- MPH, University Centre (9:00 AM)
- Volleyball- University Sports Complex (9:00 AM)
General Guidelines
- Wear Proper Sports Attire, i.e. Tshirt, Short/Skort/Track pant and Running Shoes
- Bring your own racquets and shuttles (Badminton)
- Show up on time
- Existing Team Players are also required to be present for the trials
