Soft Skills Boot Camp

The Soft Skills Boot Camp is a focused event designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and essential entrepreneurial skills through interactive role-playing exercises. Led by Neeshel Shah, founder of The Training Monkeys and a seasoned expert in soft skills, leadership, and entrepreneurial coaching, the event features three key rounds. The Networking round enhances communication and listening skills as participants identify teammates without using specific terms. The Brainstorming round challenges groups to solve real-world business problems, developing their problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities. Finally, the Presentation round focuses on public speaking, assertiveness, and openness to criticism as teams present their solutions and receive feedback. The Boot Camp aims to improve participants' communication, collaboration, and confidence, preparing them for entrepreneurial success.
