Power Garba
Power Garba is a creative blend of culture and fitness that combines modern exercise techniques with energetic Garba moves. Participants partake in an energising three-day event that blends the rhythmic components of Garba with focused workouts designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall physical wellbeing. Organised by the University's Fitness Club, the event, through the energy of traditional dance, provides a stage where cultural celebration and the fitness goal come together to offer a holistic approach to health.
