The session will highlight how multi-disciplinary skills, critical thinking, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity are becoming essential in today’s workforce, while also examining how academic learning translates into real-world professional impact.
With a focus on enhancing organisational efficiency through strategic human resource initiatives, she has led the introduction of a new Performance Management System, playing a pivotal role in strengthening internal processes and driving overall organisational improvement. Ms Sengupta has been instrumental in leading Campus Engagements, Recruitment and Graduate Trainee programmes aligned with Forbes Marshall’s commitment to attracting and nurturing high-potential talent across disciplines establishing impactful industry–academia connect initiatives including enriching collaborations such as interdisciplinary internships and faculty development programmes. Her vast experience includes designing and executing comprehensive orientation and induction programmes that seamlessly integrate new hires while aligning talent practices with the organisation’s core values and long-term objectives.
