Innovation Management- Promoting Innovation Culture Within the Firm
Inculcating a culture of innovation within the firm is crucial for coming up with both incremental product improvements and disruptive ideas. This session will focus on a framework developed by an alumni of the programme to inculcate a culture of innovation within the firm and to develop a forum for the generating new ideas, selecting ideas for further investigation, and scale up innovation capabilities in a bottom-up fashion.
