Muralidharan Thyagarajan
Mr Muralidharan Thyagarajan is a prominent Indian entrepreneur and the founder of the TM Inputs and Services Group, a renowned talent management and workforce solutions company. He is one of India’s foremost thought leaders on the future of work and workforce transformation. Over the past three decades, he has built TMI Group into a leading integrated human resources organization focused on frontline workforce performance, hiring, and capability building. He has worked closely with some of India’s largest corporations, helping shape their talent strategies, productivity models, and leadership pipelines. A passionate advocate for education and employability, he speaks extensively on how technology, especially AI, is reshaping the relationship between individuals, skills, and work. He is also a member of the national executive committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, a national board member of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Ministry, and a National Register of Citizens chair and board member of MedPlus Health Services Limited. He is an independent journalist and writer on career, education, employment, and governance, contributing to leading newspapers and magazines, including The Hindu, Telangana Today, and others. He is the author of two bestsellers—An Expert’s Guide to Your Right First Job and a book- An Expert's Guide to Top 101 Entry-Level Jobs for MBAs and Graduates. He is currently working on his third book, The Complete Reference to Acquisition of Indian Talent. He received the Small Scale Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Hyderabad Management Association in 2012 and the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) Alumni Association Hyderabad in 2014. His influence extends across diverse sectors, making him a respected figure in the Indian business community.

Professor Amit Das has three decades of post-PhD experience in teaching data science and information systems at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Qatar University (Qatar), and Krea University (India). During this time, he has also researched decision-making and information systems, for which he collaborated with several organisations in the private, public, and people sectors. He holds a BTech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
