As a part of the CEPT AU Lecture series, Professor Philip Oldenburg, Columbia University, delivered the second lecture in the series on the topic 'The Indian Politician' at the auditorium at School of Engineering and Applied Science (Formerly IET). In his lecture, he talked about why politicians are necessary even though they are generally perceived as devious. He also talked about the current political landscape of India and compared it with other countries.
