Lets Talk Physics: Climate change: Is it too late to act?
Earth’s climate is the result of complex interactions between the incoming solar radiation and various components of the Earth’s climate system. In this talk, we will see how the climate of our planet was in the past few million years, how the present climate is rapidly changing, and what the future climate will be like. The role of natural elements in influencing the climate will be explored. Further, we will critically examine the role of humans in influencing the climate. Towards the end of the talk, we will discuss if we still can put our acts together to slow down climate change or if it is too late to act.
