Stemming from the focus on an interdisciplinary approach and research thinking, Executive Education at Ahmedabad University has designed a GROW certificate programme for honing the leadership skills and business competencies of professionals aspiring to step into senior management roles. The University’s Executive Education vertical offers customised programmes incorporating innovative and pragmatic ideas to help organisations meet their learning requirements. Towards this end, all Executive Education programmes at Ahmedabad University blend academic rigour and industry experience by bringing in faculty and practitioners both from within the varsity as well as globally.
In keeping with this broader objective, the GROW programme has been conceptualised as a forum for convergence of people with unique skills and experiences from diverse industries. It aims to ensure holistic learning by imparting management skills to participants while also empowering them with the ability to deal with cross-functional challenges arising in various organisations.
The curriculum of the programme incorporates interactive pedagogy supported by relevant case studies, simulations and activities to ensure impactful outcomes. Further, the Capstone project offered at the culmination of the programme would enable participants to apply their learnings in their respective organisations, making it equally beneficial for participants and the industry as a whole.
