Online Instrument Booking Portal

Instructions

  • To book an instrument, click on the instrument name, which will then open the login page for the instrument schedule. First time users need to enter the shared password provided by the Incubation Manager and click on ‘Log in’ while registered users can click on ‘Login with a registered user name’.
     
  • First time users need to click on ‘Create a new user account’ while registered users can log in using their username/email and password.
     
  • Please do not share your password with anyone.
  • Please log out after making your bookings to avoid misuse of your account.

Before booking any instrument, please note the following points.

  • Please read the rate card for usage charges. 
  • Please read the usage policy and guidelines.
  • Charges will be levied based on instrument booking and not on actual usage.
  • Please check the booking and cancellation terms before booking any instrument.
  • Advance booking period, edit/cancellation period and minimum/maximum booking time may differ for every instrument.
  • A user’s identity is linked to his/her email address. If you believe your account is being misused or duplicated, please contact the Incubation Manager immediately.
  • The Incubation Manager can add/delete/modify user privileges and restrict bookings, if required.
