Men’s Badminton and Chess Teams Win Big at NIFT Spectrum Cup ’26

Our student-athletes made a powerful mark at Spectrum Cup ’26, the annual flagship sports festival hosted by NIFT Gandhinagar from March 18–20, 2026. Competing against top regional talent across multi-sport disciplines, our teams displayed grit, tactical brilliance, and commendable sportsmanship to secure 2nd place finishes in both Men’s Badminton and Mixed Team Chess.

These podium finishes highlight the growing strength of Ahmedabad University’s sports culture. Backed by state-of-the-art sporting facilities, world-class equipment, and dedicated coaches and trainers, our student-athletes receive the rigorous preparation needed to excel on competitive inter-collegiate stages.
