AIChE Ahmedabad University Student Chapter Wins Outstanding Student Chapter for 2021–2022

The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) - Global has recognised the AIChE Ahmedabad University Student Chapter as an Outstanding Student Chapter for 2021–2022. The Outstanding Student Chapter Award is given each year internationally to the Student Chapters that exhibit the highest levels of engagement, zeal, programme excellence, professionalism, and community involvement. AIChE Ahmedabad University Student Chapter housed under the School of Engineering and Applied Science has been consistent in its performance and has been recognised as an Outstanding Student Chapter for the fourth consecutive year.

Within the Ahmedabad University Chapter, Dimple Malviya, BTech in Chemical Engineering, Class of 2025, received the Freshman Recognition Award for her involvement with the chapter and accomplishments during her first year. Abhishek Ghodasara, BTech in Chemical Engineering, Class of 2024, was awarded the Donald F Othmer Sophomore Academic Excellence Award for his first- and second-year academic performance.
