Ahmedabad University signs an MoU with International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA)

On December 8, 2023 at the Infinity Forum 2.0 at GIFT city, Gandhinagar under the aegis of Government of India as a precursor event to Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, Ahmedabad University signed an MoU with International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA).

Ahmedabad University and IFSCA will work on three pillars of collaboration in fintech and international financial services - talent development, research and startups support. Through the partnership, both IFSCA and Ahmedabad University will engage in conducting evidence-based policy research to aid policy formulation and in monitoring the thematic areas of interest, along with further networking with other institutions to develop a knowledge ecosphere in the country in the areas of financial products and services.

As part of the partnership, VentureStudio - Ahmedabad University’s startup incubator will implement programmes to support deep tech innovation startups in the field of climate fintech with support from IFSCA. Green Fintech Accelerator was launched as the first initiative of this partnership.
