Vaibhav Kadia has experience of two decades in higher education. He is Assistant Professor at Amrut Mody School of Management, Ahmedabad University. He graduated from H. L. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad and did post-graduation and M Phil from Gujarat University. He had done PhD from Ganpat University on the topic of "An in-depth study of Passenger Satisfaction of BRTS for Gujarat State". He has been teaching courses on Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting and Corporate Accounting.

He was the Assistant Dean (Student Engagement) at the office of Dean of Students from September 2019. He was the Chairperson of the Ahmedabad University Students Events & Activities Committee between 2013 and 2020 & managed various students’ activities including students’ Clubs, Orientation Week and Youth Festival of the Ahmedabad University. He has also coordinated various University events like Convocation and Foundation Day.

He was awarded “Institution Building Award” in 2017 and “Chairman’s Teaching Award” in 2018 at Ahmedabad University. He is also the Vice-president of H.L. College Alumni Association.
