Profile
Professor Harnain Kaur Arora completed her PhD in ‘Organisational Behaviour’ at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India. She won the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) award for the 'Best Thesis Proposal’. Her research interests primarily lie in Micro Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Psychology. As a Human Resource professional, Professor Harnain worked as an onboarding specialist at Magna Infotech, for which she also received the 'Best Performer' award. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology at the University of Mumbai. She also served as a Teaching Assistant in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Mumbai for an academic year.
