Exploring Development Economics
Exploring Development Economics introduces students to the economic and social challenges that shape the development of countries and communities. The session will explore key questions around poverty, inequality, education, health, employment, human capital, and economic growth, while examining how economists use data and evidence to understand these challenges. Through real-world examples and policy perspectives, students will gain an understanding of how economic ideas can be applied to address development challenges and design policies that improve people's well-being.
