Battle of Racquets 2026
Battle of Racquets is a tournament designed to introduce and promote pickleball on campus. The event aims to provide students with a fun, engaging, and competitive platform to participate in a fast-growing sport that emphasises strategy, coordination, and teamwork.
The main objective of the event is to encourage student participation in sports and strengthen the university’s sporting culture. The tournament focuses on inclusivity, allowing players of all skill levels to compete and enjoy the spirit of the game.
The tournament will feature mixed doubles, men’s doubles, and women’s doubles, following a knockout format.
Battle of Racquets aims to strengthen community bonds, promote healthy competition, and create a lasting interest in football as a regular sporting activity within the university.
