My project, titled "Co-processing – a Sustainable Way to Reduce Carbon Emissions through Circular Economy in India", focuses on integrating waste materials into industrial processes, such as cement manufacturing, to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and minimise carbon emissions. By utilising non-recyclable waste as an alternative fuel or raw material, the initiative promotes a circular economy, reducing landfill dependency and conserving natural resources. The research aims to develop a sustainable waste management model that aligns with India's climate goals, while fostering collaboration among industries, the government, and communities to achieve both environmental and economic benefits.
