Osteosarcoma, a fatal bone cancer affecting young adults and children, is being diagnosed increasingly. Researchers have developed models to address Soft Tissue Sarcoma and Osteosarcoma detection, but challenges like poor implementation, limited sensitivity, and low prediction accuracy remain.
Whereas manual detection is labour-intensive and requires expertise, automatic detection systems help classify medical images efficiently. Performance is evaluated using accuracy, loss, and RMSE, with staging systems like MSTS and TNM assessing cancer severity.
