Shipwreck—a collaboration with the Ahmedabad Book Club—is a unique, character-based debate event. Participants embody characters trapped in a dire situation: a wrecking ship doomed to drown, and only one on deck can survive. Each participant must argue why their character deserves to be saved while contending why the other should not. Shipwreck challenges participants to sharpen their observational skills, build on their vocal presence, and exhibit the sheer convictive strength of the spoken word.
