The Debate Society of Ahmedabad University aims to foster a vibrant culture of critical thinking, articulate expression, and informed dialogue among its students. Through its weekly debate sessions, the Society provides a structured and inclusive platform for participants to engage with contemporary, philosophical, and cultural issues while developing essential skills such as logical reasoning, persuasive communication, and respectful disagreement. 

For this week’s session, the Society proposes a structured debate on the motion: "This House believes that the 2020 farm laws meaningfully liberalised India's agricultural markets."
