On the occasion of International Yoga Day, we invite you to join us for a refreshing yoga session and take some time to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. The Office of the Dean of Students is pleased to organise a special yoga session for the Ahmedabad University community.

We are delighted to welcome Swati Sadhwani, a certified yoga instructor and Ahmedabad University alumna, who will lead the session along with her team. With over 10 years of experience, she will guide participants through breathing exercises, gentle stretches, yoga postures, relaxation techniques, and a short meditation session.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, this session is open to all. It is a wonderful opportunity to begin your day with mindfulness, movement, and positive energy.

Please bring:

• Your yoga mat
• A water bottle
