Ekagrah: A Sound Healing Session
As mid-semester assessments are approaching, take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Ekagrah, organised by the Music Club and the Peer Support Programme under the Wellness Centre, invites students to a soothing sound healing session led by Love Joshi.
Through the immersive experience of sound and guided relaxation, the session aims to create a space where students can slow down, release some of the pressures of academic life, and be present in the moment.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or simply need a mindful pause, Ekagrah is an opportunity to step away from the rush, reset, and return refreshed!
