Theatre Workshop: In Between Feelings
In Between Feelings is an emotional exploration workshop that creates a safe, non-judgmental space for students to pause and engage with emotions that are often unspoken or overlooked. Through guided Theatre activities focused on memory, imagination, voice, and presence, the session encourages self-reflection, emotional release, and a deeper awareness of one’s inner experiences. No prior acting experience is required!!
