The gym is a dedicated space where individuals strive to enhance their physical fitness, build strength, and achieve personal wellness goals through structured workouts and exercise routines, contributing to improved physical fitness, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life. Through this event, we aim to promote a culture of health and wellness on campus through gym exercises under the supervision of the gym instructor of our University gym, Rahul Karenchker. FitXtreme is a dynamic fitness challenge that tests participants' strength, endurance, and resilience.
