In a world where instant messages, emails, and everything is all about fleeting digital exchanges, the art of letter writing is fading away. Yet, letters once carried thought, emotion, and presence across time and distance. The Classic Letter Writing Workshop invites participants to return to this older, deliberate form of communication. The event is divided into two parts. The first part is a short guided workshop by Azure Dave, where she will introduce participants to the essential elements of classic letters. In the second part of the event, participants will then spend extended, uninterrupted time writing a letter by hand on vintage paper.
