Ahmedabad University recently hosted the second edition of its inter-university cricket championship, Ahmedabad University Cricket Cup 2023. 11 teams from Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar participated in the matches held at the AES Sports Complex and the Ahmedabad University East Campus Cricket Ground. Competing teams included Kadi Sarva University, MG Science Institute, Karnavati University, SAL College of Engineering, LJ University, DA-IICT, GLS University, Anant National University, Ahmedabad University Alumni, and Khyati Foundation. The final was played between Kadi Sarva University, Gandhinagar, and Ahmedabad University, where the former lifted the Ahmedabad University Cricket Cup 2023.
