The library at Ahmedabad University is rapidly emerging as one of the leading academic and research libraries in the country. The University Library system consists of a central library and two reading rooms located one each at the Amrut Mody School of Management and the School of Arts and Sciences. 

The library has a substantial collection of books and journals in Engineering, Computer Science, Humanities, Management, Biological Sciences and Social Sciences. It has a diverse collection of print and online resources. It offers an extensive collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, thesis/dissertations, project reports, bound volumes, case studies, online databases and multimedia resources. The library also has beautiful reading rooms spread across campus. The library supports the University in becoming a world-class, research-based learning space. 

Ahmedabad University Library System is a digitally advanced system committed to enhance library services through a broad range of digital initiatives. It has taken many steps to gear up to face new challenges in the digital era. The library is using the Integrated Library Management System-KOHA for the library operation. The central library and SAS Reading Room has implemented an RFID system for enhanced security. All students, faculty and other staff have been given a remote access facility to access the online resources subscribed by the library. The library is providing plagiarism check services to all its users through the renowned software Turnitin. Library has subscribed a reference management software EndNote for all the users.
