Research Interests: Employee Compensation, Organisational Justice, Boredom at Workplace and Quantitative Research Methods.
Professor Vedant Dev is a PhD in Organisational Behavior area from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His dissertation is on the topic “Incentive effects of pay-for-performance on employee motivation, performance and well-being: A self-determination perspective”. His educational qualifications include MBA (XLRI Jamshedpur) and BTech (Computer Science; Cochin University). Prior to joining the PhD program, he has worked in IT sector for six years and in HR Consulting for two years. His areas of interest are employee compensation, organisational justice, boredom at workplace and quantitative research methods.
