Research Interests: Work Design, Human-AI Interaction, AI augmentation, Gamification in the workplace
Vedant Dev is a faculty in the Management and Organisation Area. His research is in the interdisciplinary area of organisational behaviour and information systems. He teaches subjects in the area of organisational behaviour and human resource management.
He is a PhD in Organisational Behaviour area from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His educational qualifications include MBA (XLRI Jamshedpur) and B. Tech (Computer Science; Cochin University). Prior to joining the PhD program, he has worked in the IT sector as a software engineer and in consulting industry as a human resource consultant.
