Recognition as Outstanding Associate Editor for Fourth Consecutive Year
Mehul Raval, Associate Dean, Experiential Learning, and Professor, School of Engineering and Applied Science, has been honoured for the fourth consecutive year as an IEEE Access Outstanding Associate Editor 2021 by the IEEE Access Editorial Board and Editorial Office in recognition of his active contribution to the journal. IEEE Access is one of the quality publications of IEEE, the world's largest technical professional organisation dedicated to advancing technology with over four lakh members in more than 160 countries.
Professor Raval is deeply involved with both IEEE and IEEE Access, and has contributed several rigorous research-driven articles throughout the year. As an Associate Editor, he completed the required training course and assisted the journal in maintaining its average submission-to-decision time of four weeks. He is recognised as someone who goes beyond his scope of work to assist with plagiarism investigations. IEEE Access holds its submissions to a high standard and has awarded Professor Raval this certificate to recognise his work aligning with its vision.
