Leadership Series- A Talk by Rostow Ravanan

As a part of the leadership series, Mr Rostow Ravanan, CEO and founder of 'Mindtree, shared his leadership insights with the students of Ahmedabad University on March 29, 2019. Mr Ravanan discussed how perseverance, work-life balance and a sense of self are important endeavours to achieve success. He emphasized the importance of communicating the vision of the company and to develop personal and personalized tools of communication. The students received the important lesson of being open to experimentation and not be deterred by failure.
