Fenil Shah is a certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, and a graduate in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. 

He has two decades of professional experience in industrial-product design working as a consultant and heading the design and development efforts of companies in bringing innovative products and technologies to life. The global transition to the digital world led him to foray into the user experience field for five years, with a vision to combine the digital and physical environments. His motto to share and contribute; to enrich the quality of people’s lives through design has led him to the field of education.
 

• Observed and analyzed PET (persuasion, emotion and trust) research and usability testing for Hotstar online entertainment portal on strategizing how to stay ahead of competition.
• Conducted ethnographic research and analyzed the user experience issues to propose recommendations for localization of Indeed Job Portal.
