Research Interests: Management and Organisations.


Profile

Samvet has five and a half years of experience as a faculty and software engineer. As a faculty, he has worked in both government and private institutions. Samvet has done a PhD from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with his dissertation on developing leadership behaviour of school principals through an online professional development program. He has worked majorly in the domain of education, especially in teacher education, student motivation, engagement, and decentralization policies. During the doctoral program, he has explored various organizational concepts like leadership, learning, capacity, and motivation by studying school as an organization. In the forthcoming research, he aims to explore these concepts in different organizational settings.
