Admissions at AMSOM aims to bring to the school curious insightful minds which are willing to question and inquire. We aspire to bring in a diverse student pool in terms of discipline, gender, geographical spread and socio-economic class. The admission process is scientifically desgined with a multi-stakeholder view and suits the needs of the specific programs.
Admissions at Undergraduate and Integrated Programmes at AMSOM are managed and coordinated by the Office of Admission and Financial aid, Ahmedabad University. We strive to register a diverse group of talented students who are willing to run an extra mile and successfully make meaningful contribution to their career and community at large.
For the 2017 intake at the Under Graduate programmes, we plan to assess the students on the basis of both quantitative and qualitative tools to evaluate the intellectual curiosity, passion and integrity, individual skills such as creativity and leadership along with the intellectual acumen which is an essential.
We firmly believe that deserving students should not be denied access to education on account of financial constraints and have an unwavering commitment to providing financial aid in the form of partial coverage of fees to almost complete fees waiver to students who are eligible as per the University’s policy and who apply within the deadline.

Postgraduate admission at AMSOM aims to enroll a diverse class of talented students from across India. We aim to admit students with a spirit of inquiry, of discovery, entrepreneurship and offers an environment that fosters the holistic development of students.
For PG admissions to the MBA program for 2017-2018 academic year, we will accept competitive entrance test scores from amongst CAT 2016, CMAT 2017, XAT 2017, MAT 2016-17 as well as GMAT. Short-listed students will be evaluated using both quantitative and qualitative methods, in order to construct a student body of diverse talents, abilities and backgrounds who fit with the School’s and University’s mission, culture and values and who demonstrate the academic preparation, personal qualities and potential to thrive in our unique learning environment.
