Vaishali is a technician at Prayas-Shala, anchored in Ahmedabad University's Incubation Centre called the VentureStudio. She has an engineering degree from LD College of Engineering, Gujarat University, with a specialisation in instrumentation and control engineering. She operates all the electronic instruments in the lab, provides training, plans, and executes setting up and maintenance work in Prayas-Shala. She guides startups in designing electronic prototypes and supports the execution of different grants.

She has 13 years of experience in various fields, including researching and designing a product with electronics schematics and PCBs, making and testing software, customer support, product marketing, recruitment, and team management. Before joining VentureStudio, she was associated with ETech Global Services, General Meditech Devices, and Precision Electronics.
