In nonlinear dynamical systems control problems usually depend on existence on existence and stability of periodic orbits. For chaotic systems the statistical properties of the system can also be inferred from the properties of periodic orbits of the system. Standard algorithms exists for periodic orbit search. Our aim is to improve on the standard algorithms, look for new algorithm and analyse Hamiltonian orbits for hierarchy and universal properties.
