ABSTRACT

This project will result into a better understanding of Thin Films Technology and Perovskite solar cells. The project’s outcomes will highlight the issues and solutions regarding the stability, degradation mechanism, and improvement in the efficiency of the perovskite solar cells. Most importantly degradation study will provide a path to rectify the shortcomings of the perovskite solar cells and helps the researchers to prepare a better device.
