Ahmedabad University Professors' Edited Book on Digital Agriculture Gets German Translation
Presenting the latest findings about the digital ecosystem for innovation in agriculture, the book Digital Ecosystem for Innovation in Agriculture, edited by Ahmedabad University professors, provides an overview of the frameworks and technologies involved in the digitalisation of agriculture. It also studies data processing methods and applications that enable digital transformations in agriculture. The book has recently been translated into German under the title, "Digitales Ökosystem für Innovationen in der Landwirtschaft.”
The Ahmedabad University faculty members who are the editors of the book include Sanjay Chaudhary, Associate Dean; Srikrishnan Divakaran, Associate Professor; and Mehul S Raval, Professor and the Associate Dean of Experiential Learning, at the School of Engineering and Applied Science; with Chandrashekhar M. Biradar, a landscape ecologist and Country Director of the Center for International Forestry Research and World Agroforestry (CIFOR-ICRAF) India. The editors have curated the works of experts worldwide who highlight several innovative services that drive digital transformation in agriculture.
Published by Springer Vieweg Singapore, the book is designed to help planners, policymakers, and extension scientists sustainably manage agriculture and natural resources.
