Ghummar 2016

SEAS celebrated its annual Navaratri festival, Ghummar 2K16 on 7th October. It was a breath taking evening, when the entire SEAS community dressed in their traditional best, swirled in unison around the mandap of Goddess Durga accompanied by the tunes of the music of dhol as well as percussion instruments with various rhythms. The students, faculty and staff enjoyed being a part of the Garba Raas dances which were a fascinating mix of religious and cultural traditions. Students’ food stalls were put up wherein students and the staff showcased their cooking talent with homemade and innovative mouth-watering recipes and was brimming with customers. SEAS family was excited to have its 1st batch of Ex-Students participating enthusiastically in this event.
