Field Experiences in Heritage Management: Insights from Masters Theses Research
Thesis research provides students of Master of Management Studies in Heritage Management at Ahmedabad University an opportunity to dive deeper into a set of research questions dealing with different themes and issues including real-life scenarios, practical challenges, and critical inquiry into heritage concepts. Thesis is also the culmination of an interdisciplinary course of study into individual research that is built up on the individual student’s background and interest, while charting a possible career path as well.
In the first edition of the Thesis Research talk series, the focus will be on the topic ‘Field Experiences in Heritage Management: Insights from Masters Theses Research’. Our graduates Harsh Shah, Niyati Bajpai, and Vasudha Saraogi will be discussing with Professor Ioannis Poulios, Associate Professor, Amrut Mody School of Management, Ahmedabad University, their experiences of different theses research carried out at the old city of Ahmedabad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
