BSM (Hons) Student Wins Seven Medals Across State Swimming Championships

Diya Patel, BSM (Hons) Class of 2029, delivered an exceptional performance at the 67th Senior Gujarat State Aquatic Championships held in Ahmedabad, securing four gold medals and one silver medal across individual and relay events.

Diya won gold medals in the 50m Backstroke, 50m Freestyle, 4x100m Medley Relay, and 4x100m Freestyle Relay, along with a silver medal in the 100m Freestyle, showing remarkable consistency and versatility in the pool.

Earlier this year, she also showcased her excellence at the Khel Mahakumbh State Championships held in Vadodara, where she secured three gold medals in the 50m Backstroke, 50m Freestyle, and 100m Freestyle events.
