Profile

Dr Jatin Christie is a passionate academician and a corporate trainer with experience spanning over 21 years in the field of higher education, training and consultancy.  He has over 23 years of postgraduate teaching experience. He teaches courses in Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Learning and development, Organizational Development, Life Skills and Personal Effectiveness. He has a PhD in Management. He has participated in a course on Entrepreneurship Development at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University. He is a Gold medalist in Journalism and Mass Communication. He specializes in courses on Leadership, Life Skills, Training Design and Development, Self-Management and Personal Growth. He has offered courses on  Achievement Motivation, Assertiveness Training and Personal Effectiveness.

He is actively involved and interested in Pedagogy Innovations and Teaching-Learning Technology through teaching, research and consultancy. He has imparted training in the field of Pedagogy Innovations and Pedagogy Effectiveness.

Prof. Christie is a Corporate Trainer and has imparted several training in Soft Skills Development, Leadership, Communication, Time Management, Self-Awareness, Assertiveness, Achievement Motivation, Personality Development, and Organizational Development. He has an inimitable style and acumen of creating practical training experience by building novel trainee experience and engagement. He has offered Train-the-Trainers training and has an avid interest in Training Design and Development and Training Effectiveness. He has also done OD  and Change Management Consultancy. 

His research interests include People Processes and Behaviour, Change Management, Teaching and Learning Interface, Education Technology, Training Effectiveness, Employee Experience and Employee Wellbeing. He has written case studies and presented papers at several National and International Conferences.
